Supplies Needed:

PSP, I used PSPX but any version will work
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow you can get it here
Eye Candy 5 Textures Swirl you can get it here

Tube of choice I am using the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey, you must have a license to use his work. Which you can obtain

Font of choice

1) Open template and press shift D to duplicate. Close original

2) Delete Copyright layer and Resize canvas to 600 x 600 (You can resize later)

3) Choose a color from your tube

4) Add a New Raster Layer and flood fill with your chosen color

5) New Mask Layer and choose From Image, choose the mask of your choice

6) Merge Group and then send to bottom

7) Select another color from your tube and change your foreground to Gradient
Settings: Angle 36 and repeats 4

8) Make Circle layer active, Select all>Float>Defloat

9) Add a new raster layer and fill with your gradient, select none

10) Delete the original circle layer

11) Back on your circle layer go to EyeCandy 5 Textures>Swirl
Settings: Add swirl to original image checked, Random checked, Feature Size 157.48, Smear Length 15.75, Twist 100, Streak Detail 40

12) Make your circle frame layer active and add drop shadow of choice or use mine 2,2,50,10

13) Make your Rectangle layer active, select all>Float>Defloat

14) New Raster Layer, flood fill with your gradient, Select None and then delete your original rectangle layer

15) Back on your new rectangle layer go to Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Antique
Settings: 35, 35, 50, 5, 20

16) Select your Rectangle Frame layer and use your magic wand to select the inside, Expand by 4

17) Copy and paste your tube and position inside the frame

18) Invert selection and hit delete, select none and move your tube layer below your frame layer
19) Change layer blend to Luminance Legacy

20) Highlight your rectangle frame layer and give drop shadow of choice, I used the previous setting

21) Highlight Square 1 Select All>Float>Defloat

22) New Raster layer and flood fill with the gradient. Select None and Apply the same EyeCandy Swirl

23) Delete the original Square 1 layer

24) Repeat for Square 2 Layer

25) Highlight Square Frame 1 layer and select inside using your magic wand, expand by 4

26) Paste your tube as a new layer and position inside the frame, invert selection and hit delete. Select None

27) Repeat for Square Frame 2 layer

28) Add a drop shadow of choice to both small frame layers

To Make The Rounded Text At The Top Of The Circle

29) Using your preset shape tool with your foreground on white and your background on Null and your width set at 1, create on vector checked draw a circle the same size as the circle on your template

30) Grab your text tool and with both the foreground and background on the same color position your mouse at the top of the circle until you see the line under the A

31) Apply your text and then go to Align>Horizontal Center In Canvas

32) On your layer palette there should be a little plus sign on the layer you are working with, click that to opn it.

33) Shut the eye off on your circle and then convert to raster

34) EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow
Settings: Use The Medium Seeting

35) Give a drop shadow of choice. I used 2,2,50,5

35) Add your name and give the same gradient glow and drop shadow

36) Add a new raster layer and fill with white, send to bottom

37) Add copyright to your tag and save!
